GRANT APPLICATIONS, REPORTS AND RESEARCH
Frederic has documented expertise in the drafting of grant applications. His publication record is significant on the topic of UDL and he has a good degree of ease with the production of large analytical reports. These can be contextual and ecological analyses of organizations at the pre-implementation stage, campus-wide strategic planning, or outcome recording and analysis.
WIDTH OF RESEARCH INTERESTS
There are emerging topics which will undoubtedly lead shortly to the appearance of a body of dynamic scholarship around the topic of UDL implementation. Frederic is always interested in contributing, collaborating with other authors, applying for appropriate grants, or in taking on commissioned research in these areas:
• UDL and cultural diversity
• Theoretical tension between mainstreaming and disability service provision/
between neo-liberalism and critical theory in a Higher Ed context/UDL versus
segregated services
• Motivational analysis of the UDL adoption process, from the instructor perspective
• UDL, social justice and sustainability
• UDL and the metamorphosis of disability service providers
• UDL and intersectionality
• UDL and mental health
• UDL and employment
• UDL and Ed tech: commonalities
